BROWNIES TO DIE FOR!
These brownies are modfied so you can have a HEALTHIER indulgence!
Recipe:
1 box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
6 oz. unsweetened applesauce
6 oz. Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
Make Brownies as directed, replacing the egg and oil with applesauce and yogurt.
Bake on a cookie sheet vs. a baking pan
Top with 1/4 cup whipped Cream Cheese Frosting (store bought)
and 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup raspberries and 1 cup blackberries
Cut into 12 pieces… enjoy!
Nutritionals: 140 calories, 25 gm carb, 3.5 gm fat, 2.5 gm protein
I always say, “you get out of it what you put into it”. It isn’t just once, twice; it is EVERY time…. go get it girls!
When I work out, I push it to a limit of the point where the muscle burns, really burns. At that point I know that the last few reps will be almost unbearable. I call out to the class when the rest of the members start to quit. ” you can’t stop now, this is WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS!”
I get the members to push through the pain, glory in the gains they are making and smile in the new found motivation and realization that “I CAN DO THIS!”
I think everyone can reach their potential and ultimately reach their goals, but they may need a bit of motivation.. that is where I come in :)
